BUT why doesn't sales staff greet those waiting for service anymore? I've purchased 4(5?) NEW cars from Homan and for YEARS the sales staff KNEW who was having an oil change, etc and would come and talk.... I've not seen a friendly sales person stop by in Waupun in at least 5 years.

I explained the issue, they immediately had a suggestion on what to do to correct the issue. The process of flushing the transmission corrected the problem. I was very pleased with the knowledge the service liaison Jeff had to correct issue. It is always a pleasant experience with the service writer also.
