recently brought my 2024 Buick Enclave to Homan Chevrolet for an oil change and tire rotation, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. the service was great.th [ey let know what the problem and asked if i wanted it done now. {exhaust leak}so they told me the cost and ihad it fixed right away.

I explained the issue, they immediately had a suggestion on what to do to correct the issue. The process of flushing the transmission corrected the problem. I was very pleased with the knowledge the service liaison Jeff had to correct issue. It is always a pleasant experience with the service writer also.

BUT why doesn't sales staff greet those waiting for service anymore? I've purchased 4(5?) NEW cars from Homan and for YEARS the sales staff KNEW who was having an oil change, etc and would come and talk.... I've not seen a friendly sales person stop by in Waupun in at least 5 years.

This dealership always provides quality service. It is sad that GMC continues to provide dealerships with inferior parts to replace low standard parts for new vehicles. It is sad consumers have to purchase extended warranty for GMC vehicles because consumers can no longer depend on quality of their products.

Oil change and tire rotation were great as usual. My two questions about radio operations not so good. On the Sirius XM question, I tried entering three digits as fast as possible immediately after leaving the building. This did not work. After I Googled the same question, I learned that my 2016 radio has a chip that may not be able to handle three digit Sirius XM stations. On the Google Maps Audio question, I had to un-pair My Android phone from the trucks radio to hear Google Maps audio on my phone. I have re-paired my phone to the trucks radio and will have to experiment further to find out if I can hear Google speaking from anywhere.

Timely service to get transmission replaced. Would’ve been nice to have a loaner car while waiting for two weeks though.

I would give a 5 stars but the financial manager ( 3 Stars )was not into showing us what we were signing, and it seemed he was in a hurry to sign the paperwork and get us out of his office. I found that my email was wrong on a document and didn't want to correct it. All was said was "You won't get a bunch of emails from this because of this email being wrong". I order this vehicle and had a great experience with the sales team (5 Stars)!! They went thru the entire setup with my phone and Onstar and made me confident on our new truck before we left.

Engine light was on. I was at Homan's last month with the same problem and they replaced the fuel tank pressure sensor. This time they replaced the purge valve. Why did it take two visits to find the problem just a few weeks apart? Perhaps both issues did not need to be fixed and I spent more than was necessary for parts and labor. Also - the time involved.

I BOOKED ONLINE A 930 APPT, TURNS OUT YOU ARE BREAK AT 930 SO I ALREADY HAD TO WAIT AN EXTRA 15 MINS. I ONLY BOOKED AN OIL CHANGE, BUT WHEN I GOT MY BILL THERE WAS A TIRE ROTATION ON IT. I DID WANT OR NEED A TIRE ROTATION, SO HOW DOES THE COMPUTER ADD THIS?
